We want you to love your Olla Bella tools, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make the return or exchange process as easy as possible. Here's everything you need to know:

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. If for any reason you’re not happy with your Olla Bella product, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item. The product must be in new, unused condition with its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Email us at info@ollabella.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the item back.

Please note: Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused and in original packaging. Olla Bella reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these criteria.

Return Shipping Costs

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, simply return the original product and place a new order. If the product is damaged or defective, we’ll be happy to arrange a direct exchange or issue a refund for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@ollabella.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may ask for photos of the damage for our records.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items (such as opened tools) are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us before making a purchase.
