Warranty Coverage
- The Limited Lifetime Warranty begins from the date of registration (must be registered within 90 days of purchase).
- Covers manufacturer defects only and does not include damage due to misuse, improper care, drops, or unauthorized repairs.
- Valid only in the continental United States.
- A dated proof of purchase (receipt) is required for warranty validation.
We cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of Olla Bella products sold by unauthorized dealers. Purchases from unverified online sellers will forfeit warranty eligibility.
Warranty Claims & Process
If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect:

- Our team will review your claim and respond within 14 days with next steps.
- If approved, a $24.95 shipping and processing fee will apply.
- A replacement will be sent within 15 business days after payment is received.
